Oratio pro Infirmo | Prayer for the Sick

Omnipotens et sempiterne Deus, 

salus aeterna credentium, 

exaudi nos pro famulo tuo (aut famula tua), 

N., pro quo infirmitatis auxilium imploramus: ut, restituta ei sanitate, gratias tibi in ecclesia tua referat. 

Per Christum Dominum nostrum. 

Amen.

Almighty and Eternal God, 

the everlasting salvation of them that believe, hear us on behalf of Thy sick servant, 

N., for whom we implore the aid of Thy pitying mercy, that, with his/her bodily health restored, s/he may render thanks to Thee in Thy Church. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
