My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love you! I beg pardon for those who do not believe, nor adore, nor hope, nor love you. Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly. I offer You the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. And, through the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of sinners.
O Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, who according to the will of the Father and with the cooperation of the Holy Spirit hast by Thy death given life unto the world, I adore and revere this Thy holy Body and this Thy holy Blood which was given over and poured forth for the many unto the remission of sins, O merciful Lord, I beg of Thy mercy that through the power of this sacrament Thou wilt make me one of the many.
Through faith and love make me feel the power of these sacraments so I may experience their saving power. Absolve and free all sin and punishment of sin Thy servants, Thy handmaidens, myself, and all who have confessed their sins to me, those whom I have promised or am obliged to pray for, and so too those who themselves hope or beg to be helped by my prayers with Thee.
Make our Church rejoice in Thy constant protection.

TO ALL who live in the Truths of the Faith give grace, most tender Father, that they may lead upright and holy lives, never departing from Thy teaching. To those who as yet have not found faith in Thee, grant that before they quit this life they may believe and know the love of Thy Holy Name. Then, having known it, may they keep it firm and inviolate. Let the Sacrifice of Thy Body and Blood win pardon of the sins for the living and the dead.
ALMIGHTY, Eternal God, by ever giving strength to our weakness, Thou enable the Church to flourish even amidst its trials, so that when it appears to men to be utterly cast down, then rather does it gloriously prevail. Whilst, then, it accepts affliction as a proving of its faith, let it persevere, by Thy grace, in triumphant loyalty.
O GOD, in Whose sight every soul may well fear and every conscience tremble, be gracious to every cry of sorrow and heal the wounds of sins in all. Even as none of us is free from fault, so may none be a stranger to Thy Mercy.
Jesus, I thank You for the gift of my life and for every moment I live.
I thank You for my parents, my family, my relatives and my friends.
Jesus, I thank You for the gift of faith, the grace of my baptism, the forgiveness of my sins, the gift of receiving Your Body and Blood in the Eucharist.
I thank You for the priests, religious and teachers You send to me.
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the gift of your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who promised to stay with us always, until the end of the age.
Reawaken our wonder at His presence in the Most Holy Eucharist.
May our hearts burn within us as He opens the Scriptures and breaks the bread.
Give us the eyes of faith to recognize His presence in our brothers and sisters, especially in the face of the poor and the suffering.
Nourished by the Eucharist, send us forth to walk faithfully as missionary disciples, proclaiming the Gospel to every heart and extending Your kingdom to every land.
